Age Eligibility: Youth ticket valid for ages 6–12.
Supervision Requirement: One adult must accompany the youth at all times.
Ticket Policy: Youth tickets can only be purchased with an adult ticket.
Youth attendees must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Important: Terms & Conditions of Entry
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following policies:
1. Age & Ticketing Policy

Age Eligibility: Child tickets are strictly valid for ages 6 to 12. Children under 6 are free; anyone 13 or older requires an Adult ticket.

Supervision: A minimum of one (1) adult (18+) is required for every four (3) children in attendance.

Linked Purchases: Child tickets may only be purchased in conjunction with an Adult ticket. Unaccompanied minors with child tickets will be denied entry.

Identification: Valid photo ID for adults and proof of age for children may be requested. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denied entry without a refund.
2. Safety & Conduct

Zero Tolerance: Immediate badge revocation without refund for theft, harassment, violence, or the use/possession of illegal substances.

Prop Policy: All props must be non-metallic and pass a safety inspection at the door.

Dress Code: Proper footwear is required. No roller skates, blades, or oversized costumes that obstruct aisles.
3. Integrity & Fair Play

Competition: Cheating in any tournament or contest will result in immediate disqualification and a potential ban from future Immerse Events.

Respect: Attendees must respect the property of the Greater Richmond Convention Center and other guests.
4. Final Agreement
Admission is subject to the full ImmerseCon Terms and Conditions. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
